Treat Premature Ejaculation
Premature Ejacualtion (PE) known as the most prominent sexual problem in males and is usually reported in men between the ages of 18 and 30, and affects 25-40% in this age group.
Premature ejaculation is defined as a state when a man ejaculates before he would like to in half the cases or more during sexual intercourse with his mate. Obviously, this leads to the conclusion that one’s self diagnosis is a result of an individual’s perceptions. In the most severe instances, the person experiencing this difficult condition may ejaculate before penetration starts.

Treatment
There are four methods most commonly given for premature ejaculation:
- Medication and drugs - These are slowly fading away due to the serious side-effects, and it seems that there is little effect on the length of time a man can continue having sex.
- Over the counter creams, PE management lotions - These creams and lotions are designed to reduce stimulation in men.
- Bands or Rings - There are some bands and rings that men can place on their penis to attempt to restrict blood flow and sensation to the penile area.
These are all not only impotent, but they also can be dangerous and could damage a males sexual organs.
- Exercises to prevent PE - These are by far the most promising method of treating PE. These exercises work well on all factors both physiological and non-physical when done correctly. Some of these exercises, if used correctly, can treat PE in less than a month. Also, exercises that prevent PE have no ill effects and serve the overall health of men applying them.

However, Matt Wutzke, the author of “Ejaculation Trainer“ informs that it is important to know which exercises work, because there are few exercises which are effective. If one were to use “Ejaculation Trainer“, probably the most effective PE treatments, which has been shown to cure PE in a month or less using safe and natural methods.
